Whisky Sour Using Crown Royal Canadian Whisky
So this drink is one that I am nervous to make on video because everyone is so anal about these IBA official cocktails. But here’s how I made it so hopefully you like it.
Here’s what ingredients I put in my Whisky Sour.
- 1 1/2 oz Crown Royal Canadian Whisky
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Dash of Egg White
I want to point out that the egg white is optional, but have no fear when using it. The likelihood that you’ll get salmonella from an egg white is very slim to none. So lets not worry about it and just make the drink already.
- Pour everything into a shaker full of ice and shake.
- Strain into an ice filled short glass.
- Garnish with orange slice and cherry.
